At P.Louise, we want you to be obsessed with your makeup kit; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept products that remain in their original, sealed packaging with all security seals intact.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to meet our strict hygiene and safety standards.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit and include your order note or Authorization code inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a tracked courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
